If you want to facilitate the successful achievement of your client’s Desired Outcome, every one of one’s coaching sessions must be purposeful, results-driven and goal-oriented! Based on the notes, timeline and prep sheet, I create a simple agenda that I’m going to use to make your coaching session to normal and on any time. Now I’m ready to make the call!
When you engage in a coaching session with your client, it is vital that you are in control of the conversation consistently!You are the conductor of one’s “coaching bus” in addition to client is the passenger!
